Find the businesses your websites were made for.

Glintlead searches Google Maps for hotels, restaurants and studios that can afford a new website but have a weak one. It audits each site, shows you why it scored the way it did, builds a demo of the redesign and sends the emails from your own mailbox.

NewAutomated sequences

Sample data. Businesses and figures are illustrative.

Selling websites starts with knowing who needs one. Most local businesses with a good product and a poor site never hear from you, because finding them, checking them and writing to each one takes days. Glintlead does that groundwork, and you decide what goes out.

Evidence, not guesses

Every score lists what was measured: page speed, missing booking, stale photos, unanswered reviews. You can check each point before you write a word.

Show the result first

A prospect sees their own business on a better homepage. That is easier to say yes to than a portfolio of other people's sites.

Sending that protects you

Daily caps per mailbox, a gradual ramp for new ones, an unsubscribe link in every email and a stop as soon as someone replies.

Who it's for

For people who sell websites to local businesses.

Web agencies

Keep a pipeline of projects worth pitching, country by country, without a researcher on payroll.

Freelancers

Ten good prospects a day and drafts ready to approve, so prospecting fits between client work.

Hospitality specialists

Hotels, B&Bs and restaurants where a weak booking flow costs real money every week.

How it works

From a map search to a signed project, in five steps.

01 · Find

Search an area and a category. Get businesses, not a spreadsheet chore.

Pick a region and a type of business (hotels, restaurants, clinics, studios). Glintlead pulls them from Google Maps with rating, reviews, price level and website, drops the ones that are out of reach, and gives you a shortlist of the best ten per country every day.

02 · Audit & score

An Opportunity Score you can read line by line.

Each website is crawled and run through PageSpeed Insights; social profiles and reviews are checked too. The score weighs how weak the site is against how likely the business can pay, and every factor comes with the evidence behind it. The idea: a great product with a poor digital presence.

03 · Demo

Show them their own website, done properly.

Generate a draft homepage for the prospect from their real name, photos and offer, then refine it. The demo lives behind a private link you can revoke, and you can see when it has been opened.

04 · Send

Sequences that go out from your mailbox, at a human pace.

Messages are drafted for each channel and checked by your Skills, the expert briefs you write about pricing, tone and your offer. Approve a sequence once and it sends from your connected mailbox, within daily limits, during the recipient's working hours, with an unsubscribe link in every email.

05 · Reply & close

When someone answers, the sequence stops and a reply is ready.

Replies land in one inbox, sorted into interested, later and auto-replies. You get a suggested answer to edit or approve, follow-ups are scheduled for you, and the pipeline and analytics show which areas and messages lead to calls.

Replace a stack

Six tools and a spreadsheet, or one place for the whole job.

Prospecting for website projects usually means a lead list here, an audit there and a sender somewhere else, with the context lost between them. In Glintlead every step works on the same lead.

  • Lead databaseThe usual way: Generic B2B lists, thin on small local businessesIn Glintlead: Google Maps search by area and category, refreshed daily
  • EnrichmentThe usual way: Separate credits to find a website, email or ownerIn Glintlead: Website, public contacts, socials and reviews collected per lead
  • Site auditThe usual way: Manual PageSpeed runs and notes in a docIn Glintlead: Crawler + PageSpeed Insights, with an explainable score
  • Demo builderThe usual way: A mockup made by hand for each pitchIn Glintlead: A draft demo per prospect, on a private, revocable link
  • Cold email senderThe usual way: Another tool, another copy of your lead listIn Glintlead: Sequences from your own mailbox with caps, ramp-up and unsubscribe
  • CRM / pipelineThe usual way: Replies copied over by handIn Glintlead: Inbox, follow-ups, pipeline and analytics on the same lead

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

  • Rules differ by country, and you remain responsible for who you write to and why. Glintlead gives you the tools to stay on the careful side: it only uses business contact details that are public, writes about a specific, relevant reason (their website), puts an unsubscribe link in every email, keeps a suppression list so nobody is contacted again after opting out, and caps how many emails each mailbox sends per day.
